You heard it right. At the end of regulation in the LTRC County Cup Championship game we were in a scoreless tie with our sister team the Fury. This was the first time this season a U8 team tied the Fury. In overtime we ran out of steam and gave up a sudden death goal. This was a great group effort from our Patriots girls.

That’s right….a week after reaching the Overlea Cup Finals the Patriots also reach the County Cup Finals and will play the Fury once again.

Congratulations Patriots for reaching the finals in the Overlea Cup. It was an amazing weekend. Also congrats to the Fury for their first tournament victory and I can assure you it will not be their last.

Thank you Bob and Lisa for hosting this party. Ray Lewis was not there but after checking out the basement you would have thought he could have shown up any minute.

Now let’s think of an adult only event as well.

Happy Hour/Pep Rally party for Fury/Patriots Parents and Kids. Trying a start time of 6:00 Friday. Just get here when you can!! This Party will be outside. We have a pool that should keep the kids busy. Derek plans on bringing out the portable movie screen and we’ll put on a 8 yr old friendly movie as it gets dark

The teams decided that this is BYOBooze and Pot Luck (bring your favorite dish to share and your favorite alcohloic beverage for yourself).

We are supplying sodas, water, Drinks for kids, some beer for just in case.
You bring:
Bathing suit
Beer/Booze for your self
Pot luck dish

Just found out that Patriots will have a game at 5:30 on Friday. Just come right over after the game!
